Our Commitments
Privacy first. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. No mention of Labssy, health testing, or any indication of what's inside — on the box, on your bank statement, or anywhere else.
Speed. Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Most customers in Germany receive their kit the next business day.
Honesty. Our tests are for personal screening, not medical diagnosis. We're upfront about what they can and can't tell you, and we always recommend consulting a doctor for positive results or medical decisions.
Where We Ship
We ship to all EU member countries and Switzerland. Delivery typically takes 1 business day within Germany and 2–3 business days for the rest of the EU.
